— What Types Of Doors Do We Have? —

Cool Room Sliding Door

Cold room sliding door is divided into cold room manual sliding door and cold room automatic sliding door.

Manual Sliding Door:

Operation: These doors are operated manually by pushing or pulling them to open and close.
Advantages: Cost-effective, simple design, and suitable for smaller cold rooms.
Considerations: Require physical effort to operate, may not be as airtight as automatic doors.

Automatic Sliding Door:

Operation: These doors open and close automatically using sensors, buttons, or remote control.
Advantages: Convenient, energy-efficient, and provide excellent sealing to maintain temperature.
Considerations: Higher upfront cost, maintenance of sensors and automation components.

Cold room sliding door track:

Cold room sliding door track should be made of durable materials like stainless steel or aluminum, provide an airtight seal, ensure smooth operation, and require regular maintenance for optimal performance in harsh cold room conditions.

Cold Room Hinged Door

Cold room hinged doors are divided into cold room single hinged doors and cold room double hinged doors.

Single Hinged Door:

Design: Consists of a single door leaf that swings open and closed on one side.
Advantages: Simple design, easy to operate, suitable for smaller cold rooms or spaces with limited access.
Considerations: May have limited opening width, which can be a drawback for larger items or high traffic.

Double Hinged Door:

Design: Comprises two door leaves, with one leaf attached to each side of the doorway, allowing both leaves to swing open simultaneously or independently.
Advantages: Offers a wider opening, making it easier to move larger items in and out, and provides better access for high traffic areas.
Considerations: More complex design, potentially higher cost, requires sufficient space for both leaves to swing open.

Common size:

cold room hinged door is 700mm*1700mm, 800mm*1800mm, 1000mm*2000mm. If the height of cold room hinged door is more than 2 meters, it will be installed 3 or 4 hinges to make it stable.

— Doors Feature —

1.Door materials: Freezer room doors are usually made of highly insulated materials, such as polyurethane foam, polystyrene foam, or other insulating materials. These materials have excellent thermal insulation properties, which can effectively reduce heat transfer.

2.Sealing: The sealing performance of the door is essential for heat insulation. A good cold storage door will have an effective sealing system that ensures no gas or temperature leaks between the edge of the door and the door frame.

3.Safety is paramount with our escape system, allowing you to easily open the cold room door from the inside, even if it's shut, ensuring your peace of mind.

4.Effortless installation is a hallmark of our cold room doors, ensuring a swift and efficient process.

5.For sub-zero cold rooms, consider our cold room doors with integrated electric heating wires within the frame, preventing frost buildup.

6.Extend the longevity of our cold room doors by opting for the added protection of embossed aluminum steel covering.

— Cold Room Door Accessories —

Cold room door fittings usually vary according to the specific installation location of the door. The main difference is that if the cold room door is installed in a cold room, then the selection and function of the accessories may be different than if the door is installed outdoors or in other different locations. Here are some possible differences:

1.Cold room door fittings for internal installation:

(1)Door handles and locks: Internal cold room doors usually require convenient door handles and locks so that people can easily enter and exit the cold room.
(2)Insulation: The interior department may need more insulation to ensure good temperature isolation between the inside and outside of the cold room when the door is closed.
(3)Anti-collision strips: Interior departments usually require anti-collision strips to prevent doors from colliding with room goods or other internal facilities.
(4)Safety sensors: Safety sensors may be required on the interior to detect people or objects near the door to ensure safe operation.

2.Cold room door fittings for external or other installation:

(1)Door seals: If the door is installed outdoors or in a different location, seals may be more important to reduce heat exchange and maintain environmental control.
(2)Emergency release device: In some cases, an emergency release device may be required to ensure that the door can be opened quickly in an emergency, such as in response to a fire.
(3)Observation Windows: If the door is used externally or in a different location, observation Windows may be less common, but may be needed for monitoring or specific applications.
(4)Automatic switchgear: Automatic switchgear is usually more commonly found on the outside or on doors that need to be opened and closed frequently to improve the ease and efficiency of operation.
